These Terms govern your use of Spectro, a macOS application sold via Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.
1. License
You receive a non-transferable license to install Spectro on the number of personal Macs included with your plan: Personal (1 Mac) or Duo (2 Macs). You may not resell or redistribute the software.
2. Payment
One-time purchase in USD: Personal at $24.99 or Duo at $39.00. Both plans include the same product features; only the seat count differs. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who handles all applicable taxes.
3. Updates
Your license includes all future updates to the major version purchased.
4. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Requests handled within 30 days of purchase.
5. Privacy
Spectro processes all audio locally on your device. No audio files or metadata are transmitted. Anonymous crash signals may be sent via PostHog for stability purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
Spectro is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the software.
