These Terms govern your use of Spectro, a macOS application sold via Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.
1. License
You receive a non-transferable license to install Spectro on up to 2 personal Macs. You may not resell or redistribute the software.
2. Payment
One-time purchase of $39 USD. Payments processed by Lemon Squeezy, who handles all applicable taxes.
3. Updates
Your license includes all future updates to the major version purchased.
4. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Requests handled within 30 days of purchase.
5. Privacy
Spectro is fully offline. No audio data is transmitted. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
Spectro is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the software.
